101 Things in 1001 Days

So I took this idea from http://www.triplux.com/1001/otherlists.asp. Basically, you make a list of 101 things you want to accomplish in 1001 days (almost 3 years). They can range from the very small and ordinary to the large and unusual. So anyway, this is what I've come up with:

1. Get into a good college, hopefully Eugene Lang.
2. Finish reading all the books piling up on my bookshelf.
3. Start learning Korean.
4. Learn to play "Hey Jupiter" on the piano.
5. See all Oscar-winning best pictures.
6. Knit a scarf.
7. Do a double concentration in Writing and either a.) Literature or b.) Religious Studies.
8. Maintain a GPA of at least 3.5 in this double concentration.
9. Meet Dino and Gen in Chicago.
10. Join a gym and workout at least twice a week.
11. Buy a new iPod.
12. Get a boyfriend.
13. Publish a short story.
14. Finish a painting.
15. Cut spending on books by going to the library more often.
16. Learn how to mix at least 10 different drinks.
17. Read all of Hans Christian Andersen's short stories.
18. Read at least three Andersen nonfiction sources.
19. Outline plot for Andersen novel.
20. Learn enough Danish to get around Copenhagen.
21. Visit Copenhagen.
22. Score an internship in publishing.
23. Sing karaoke and not suck at it.
24. See all AFI Top 100 movies.
25. Study for GREs and get into a good grad school.
26. Buy a Nintendo Wii.
27. Buy a palm pilot.
28. Open a savings account.
29. Buy an entire outfit at a thrift store.
30. Make a sexy Catwoman (BATMAN RETURNS STYLE) for Halloween.
31. Buy a pair of sneakers.
32. Take at least one roll of pictures per month.
33. Read something by Voltaire.
34. Legally change my first name to Anastasia.
35. Go to a club that only plays 80's New Wave.
36. Sell old stuff I don't need through eBay or Amazon.com.
37. See the Dresden Dolls in concert.
38. See Tori Amos in concert.
39. Tone my abdomen so I actually look good in a bikini.
40. Buy green colored contacts.
41. Quit Blockbuster.
42. Finish a game of Monopoly.
43. Finish a 1000 piece puzzle.
44. Buy a dress.
45. Try to go out three weekends out of four per month with friends.
46. Keep up with teeth-whitening.
47. Read the newspaper daily.
48. See a doctor regarding my anxiety.
49. File and organize all papers and texts left over from American Literature.
50. Go to at least 3 readings in Boston.
51. Try to figure out my political ideology.
52. Try to figure out my religious ideology.
53. Play Beirut (don't know how to spell it...)
54. Write a letter to the editor.
55. Write a letter to an author I really appreciate.
56. Take a class in web design.
57. Go to the Museum of Fine Arts and take the entire audio tour over the course of a few days.
58. Keep a regular, steady sleep schedule.
59. Have a romantic evening in a classy hotel; champagne, flowers, room service, the whole she-bang.
60. Throw a Murder Mystery Dinner.
61. Learn to sew well enough that I can patch up thrift store finds or clothing that's falling apart.
62. Buy a pair of glasses and wear them once in awhile.
63. Start keeping a budget on my computer. (Through Quicken or something.)
64. Get a hole-in-one in mini-golf.
65. Win a match of Super Smash Bros. using Samus.
66. Move out of my house.
67. Be in a musical. Or at least audition for one.
68. See a Broadway show.
69. Spend a day at the beach in a bikini.
70. Compliment something about someone everyday.
71. Smile more often.
72. Add at least 25 contacts in my cell phone.
73. Buy and wear lingerie for someone other than myself.
74. Do volunteer work.
75. See all Johnny Depp movies, especially "The Brave".
76. See all Paul Bettany movies from "A Knight's Tale" and on.
77. Have a picnic in Central Park.
78. Buy a pet hedgehog.
79. Memorize at least 3 Dickinson poems.
80. Beat Solitaire on 3-draw by only going through the deck once.
81. Subscribe to Writer's Digest.
82. Write the first draft on the Andersen novel.
83. Try to figure out what my favorite flower is.
84. Go to the zoo.
85. Buy a bike and start riding it.
86. Have professional photoshoot.
87. Go to at least 1 yard/garage sale every season.
88. Score over 100 in bowling.
89. Make a gingerbread house.
90. Plant a flower and take care of it.
91. Carve a pumpkin.
92. Order a banana split and share it with someone.
93. Hang out at the playground at night with friends.
94. Go out with Lindsay totally done up and see how many guys stare at us.
95. Make a mix CD for someone else.
96. Read a new literary mag every month.
97. Only eat fast food once a week.
98. Read 50 books every year.
99. Write six short stories every year.
100. Buy a combo VHS/DVD player.
101. Cook a "homemade" meal.
